Public beta
CardTrends is an evolving public-beta service for Pokemon card market information, independent research, news aggregation, collector tools, and discussion. Features, coverage, and availability may change, and errors or interruptions may occur.
Research, not financial advice
CardTrends does not buy, sell, appraise, authenticate, grade, or broker cards. Prices, Fair Value Estimates, Research Signals, population data, and community opinions are informational and may be incomplete, delayed, or wrong. They are not financial advice or a guarantee of value. You are responsible for verifying information and making your own collecting and purchasing decisions.
Accounts and acceptable use
You are responsible for activity through your account. Do not misuse the service, evade access controls or rate limits, interfere with its operation, scrape it at a harmful volume, impersonate others, publish unlawful or abusive material, or infringe another party's rights.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you submit. By publishing content, you give CardTrends a non-exclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate and promote the service. You represent that you have the right to submit it. CardTrends may limit or remove content or accounts that threaten the service or violate these terms.
Third-party information and links
CardTrends identifies data and news sources where practical. Third-party names, marks, data, and linked pages belong to their respective owners. A link or citation does not imply endorsement, and CardTrends is not responsible for third-party services or their availability.
No warranties; limitation
The beta is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness, or non-infringement to the extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, CardTrends and its operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of the beta.
Changes and questions
These terms may change as CardTrends develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions or concerns can be submitted through the in-product Feedback form.
